Return & Satisfaction Policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Happiness is Blooming are considered final at the time of sale. As a floral business, we work exclusively with perishable goods that are highly sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. Due to the living nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Products

We stand behind the quality of every arrangement we create. If you believe you have received a defective or significantly damaged product, we want to hear from you. Please note the following requirements to submit a claim:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your flowers.

  • A clear photograph of the arrangement must be included with your claim.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours or without photo documentation cannot be honored.

Flower Care & Recipient Responsibility

Flowers are living things with a natural lifespan. Their longevity depends greatly on proper care after delivery. 

Natural variations in bloom appearance, color, and longevity are inherent to fresh flowers and are not considered defects. Claims related to normal aging of flowers or failure to follow care instructions will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
