Local Personal Delivery — All Arrangements
We personally deliver all arrangements within a 50-mile radius of San Diego. Local delivery is free for addresses within San Diego County. A delivery fee may apply for addresses outside San Diego County but within our 50-mile service area.

FedEx Shipping — Les Personnages Only
Select arrangements from our Les Personnages collection are available for FedEx shipping to addresses outside our local delivery area. A flat shipping fee of $20.00 applies to all FedEx orders. Shipping availability for a specific arrangement will be indicated on its product page.

Because our arrangements are handcrafted from fresh, perishable flowers, Les Personnages designs shipped via FedEx are carefully packaged to withstand transit. However, we recommend selecting local delivery when possible for the best experience.

Delivery Windows
Local delivery windows are displayed at checkout. We make every effort to deliver within the selected window. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and routing variables.

Delivery Requirements
Someone must be available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery. If no one is available, our driver will attempt to contact you. Arrangements left unattended are at the recipient's risk. A redelivery fee may apply for failed local deliveries.

Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
