Happiness is Blooming is a premium handcrafted floral gift brand based in San Diego, California. We design and deliver fresh flower arrangements for gifting, with local delivery available in the San Diego area.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 Order Cancellations by Customer

Because our arrangements are handcrafted from fresh, perishable flowers and preparation begins promptly after an order is placed, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Orders cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as materials will have already been sourced and preparation may be underway.

• Orders that have already been fulfilled and are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@happinessisblooming.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We will confirm whether your cancellation qualifies within one business day.

4.2 Order Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, delivery constraints, pricing errors, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As a floral business working exclusively with perishable goods, all sales are final. Our full Return & Satisfaction Policy governs claims for defective or damaged products and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• A clear photograph of the arrangement must accompany all claims.

• Natural variations in bloom appearance, color, and longevity are inherent to fresh flowers and are not considered defects.
